甘式圖是什麼

甘式圖是以美國企業管理學家甘特名字命名，用來衡量實際與預期生產記錄之間關係的圖表，也稱為甘特圖。甘式圖是一種線條圖，橫軸表示時間，縱軸表示需要執行的活動和任務，可以透過甘特圖的線條，直觀看出各個活動所需要的時間，從而可以對專案進行決策。

Gant charts are charts， also known as Gant charts， that measure the relationship between actual and expected production records， named after Gant， an American business manager。 Gant chart is a line chart， the horizontal axis represents the time， the vertical axis represents the activities and tasks to be performed， through the line of gantt chart， you can visualize the time required for each activity， so that you can make decisions about the project。

Excel繪製甘式圖

選中日期一列並更改為常規，日期格式會變成為常規數字。

2。選中所有資料，點選插入，在條形圖中選擇如圖所示的條形圖模板。

3。選擇縱座標軸，在座標軸選項中勾選逆序型別。

4。選擇藍色條形圖，在填充選項中勾選無填充。

5。選擇橫座標軸，在座標軸選項中邊界一欄中，最小值輸入最小開始時間（如圖中44440），最大值輸入最大開始時間並加上其所需天數。

6。修改開始時間格式，改為日期格式。

7。最終，得到了甘式圖。

1。 Select the date column and change it to General， and the date format becomes a regular number。

2。 Select all the data， click Insert， and select the bar template as shown in the bar chart。

3。 Select the vertical axis and check the reverse order type in the axes option。

4。 Select the blue bar chart and check No Fill in the Fill option。

5。 Select the horizontal axis， in the boundary column of the axes option， the minimum value enters the minimum start time （figure 44440）， the maximum value enters the maximum start time and adds the required number of days。

6。 Modify the start time format to the date format。

7。 Finally， we get the Gan-style diagram。
