You are the master of hide-and-seek

所有重心都藏在土地裡

All the center of gravity is hidden in the soil

只露出可愛的尾巴

Only the lovely tail is exposed

你是一件洗不直的新衣

You are a new dress that can‘t be washed straight

儘管也會隨光陰縮水或褪色

Although you will shrink or fade over time

卻把季節的饋贈在風中搖響

You shake the gifts of the seasons in the wind

身邊的，稻穀都被收進倉了

All around you， the rice has been harvested into the barn

瓜果都走進庭院或送進市場了

Fruits and melons have got into the yard or to the market

蔬菜有的還是嫩芽就去進貢了

Vegetables， some of which are still tender buds， have been sent to pay tribute

有的是去陪伴星光下的糧倉

Some to accompany the starlit granary

有的是去歡笑的鬧市觀賞

Some to go sightseeing in the laughing downtown

有的是與美酒佳饌共享歡暢

Some to share delight with fine wine and delicacies

而你，依舊靜守這彎曲的小徑

However， you are still quietly standing on the winding path

仰頭看村莊彎曲的炊煙飄向遠方

Looking up at the curling smoke of the village drifting away

沃野披綠的春天

In spring in the fertile fields covered with greenery

你在風中挺直腰桿

荷花映日的炎夏

As the hot summer sun shines on the lotus
