人生就是一個不斷學習和提升的過程，從小學到高中，從高中到大學，我們完成一個又一個學業，知識隨著我們的學業不斷增加，我們的大腦填滿了各種知識，老子稱之為：“為學日益。

人生可以有另一種因緣，那就是證道，證道就是用道的方法來生活和工作。這時我們就要漸漸忘卻過去由學業帶給我們的各種知識，從而進入一個道的境界。當我們的意識不再依賴過去所學的任何知識的時候，才能到達一個無為而無所不為的境界。正如禪易投資法，它的精準度來自完全放空的無為境界，為此老子又稱之為： “為道日損，損之又損，以至於無為。

當我們忘記所有不利證道的思維和行為的時候，正如我們集團的晨會，讀經、聽講，我們從不絞盡腦汁去設計商業模式和管理模式， 自上而下，順應自然。看似天天晨會半天，午休兩小時，但六年下來成績斐然。因此，老子則稱之為：“取天下常以無事，及其有事，不足以取天下。”
